Mäntän Klubi Oy’s room reservation and cancellation terms

1. Reservation and confirmation

When making a reservation, the customer must provide their name, residential address, arrival and departure times and payment method. The reservation is binding from the moment of booking.

2. Arrival and departure time

The room is available at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. The room is held for the customer until 6:00 p.m. If the customer arrives at the accommodation facility later than this, they must notify the accommodation facility, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

3. Cancellation and no-show

A private customer can cancel a one-day room reservation free of charge no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day before the reservation. If the customer does not arrive, the hotel has the right to charge the price of one day.
In group bookings, the booking can be cancelled or postponed free of charge if you cancel the confirmed order one week before the date of your visit. After that, we will charge 50% of the total value of the ordered service.
If a confirmed group booking is cancelled 1-3 days before the date of your visit, we will charge 100% of the total value of the ordered service.
If there is a force majeure event, Mäntän Klubi Oy may cancel the booking.

4. Departure before the agreed time

If the customer leaves before the agreed time, he must notify us no later than 18:00 on the previous day. Otherwise, the hotel has the right to charge one day’s price as compensation.

5. Customer’s appearance in the accommodation premises

The customer is obliged to follow good manners and rules of order. If the customer violates these rules, he may be immediately removed from the hotel. However, the customer must pay the accommodation price and cannot demand a refund of the payment already made.

6. Smoking and pets

Smoking is prohibited indoors. A 100€ ventilation fee will be charged for unauthorized smoking indoors. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a pet and ensure the availability of pet rooms. We charge 20€/pet/booking for bringing a pet. An additional fee of 40€/pet/day will be charged for pets brought without permission. Mäntän Klubi Oy is not responsible for any allergy or other problems caused by unauthorized smoking or animal dust. Mäntän Klubi Oy complies with the General Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Companies as prescribed by the Accommodation and Restaurant Services Association Mara.

7. Lost key

If a key is lost, we will charge a 50€ fee for the lost key.
